Mulch Services / Mulching Services
At B. Haney and Sons we have been recycling our wood waste into mulch, a reusable product, for many years. This is beneficial for two reasons, no dumping fees and less fill in the landfills. You might say we were “Green” before Green was cool.

Questions about bugs and diseases in our mulch?
Our mulch is ground 2-3 times which makes it difficult for pests to survive. Also, our mulch is stored in piles and the temperature from the decomposition process reaches approximately 180 degrees. This makes it impossible for insects and diseases to survive.
Benefits of mulch:
Nutrients are returned to the soil
Retains moisture and keeps soil temperature changes nominal
Aesthetically pleasing and helps reduce invasive weeds.
